I just purchased 24 bit 96kHz ALAC &AIFF albums from HDTracks that won't play on my Olive ONE, If there is any sound at all, it's very slow (like a record played at 10rpm instead of 33rpm) and distorted. The AIFF files won't play at all. The music plays fine on my Mac, so I know the files are fine. The 48 and 44kHz files play fine on the olive. What's up with that?

As a matter of fact, the Olive ONE and the company behind are a scam. When it comes to read AIFF, it would only play if you save the AIFF on the Olive ONE. I bought my Olive ONE in 2016 (or 2015) and exchanged email with the support team, who...
    - asked me to double check every component
    - then ignored me.

Eventually, I wrote to Oliver Bergmann (CEO) and Robert Altmann (COO) in February 2016., who promised me that the next sub-release .31 would fix the issue...

    Hello Herve,
I am not sure of our technical support has contacted you a already. I spoke with them yesterday and it seems we specifically have issues with AIFF files when streaming via UPnP. They play fine from the internal HDD. We will investigate this further and will try to implement a fix in the next or the subsequent sub-release of .31.
    Thans!

... April 2018... still waiting !!! Plus the company "disappeared" for a while. Never, ever recommend that product to anyone. As I said, a scam!
