Due to the end of life of some main components built-in the Olive HD products we first need to qualify your support request more in detail. Therefore we kindly ask you to fill out the following HD support case qualification questionnaire. We will come back to you shortly.
It is Olive´s intention to manage all customer data in our own premises. For the time being we will further use Zendesk for our help yourself database (software downloads, user guides, Q&A´s).
