    You can submit a Olive ONE support ticket by using the Olive ONE support form.

    For our next generation product Olive SOUND all Olive ONE customers qualify for a store credit. You will receive a €250.- discount for the Olive SOUND speaker as a single component if you place a pre-order before the end of January 31, 2018. Olive SOUND is planned to become available in Q2 2018.   • Olive HD products
    The Olive HD product line is end of service (EOS) because of the discontinuation of main CPU processor components in 2011. Due to technical life-cycles any further out of warranty repair would neither lead to a sustainable solution nor would such repair be justified from an economical point of view.

    As we highly appreciate your support for Olive you qualify for a store credit for our next generation product Olive SOUND. You will receive a €500.- store credit for Olive SOUND if you place a pre-order before the end of January 31, 2018. Olive SOUND is planned to become available in Q2 2018.
